1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CeremonyCraft Masters website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

CeremonyCraft Masters provides professional ceremony master and event hosting services for various occasions including weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special celebrations. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Event hosting and master of ceremonies services
  • Event flow management and coordination
  • Speaker introductions and announcements
  • Audience engagement and entertainment
  • Event consultation and planning assistance

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To book our services, clients must submit a booking inquiry through our contact form or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from CeremonyCraft Masters.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of signed service agreement
  • Payment of the required deposit
  • Written confirmation from CeremonyCraft Masters

3.3 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your service agreement. Full payment is typically required 14 days before the event date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellations

  • More than 60 days before event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges
  • 30-60 days before event: 50% of total service fee charged
  • Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total service fee charged

4.2 Force Majeure

If an event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund, minus non-recoverable costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information and timelines
  • Grant access to venue and necessary facilities
  • Provide event schedule and script materials in advance
  • Ensure payment according to agreed schedule
  • Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
  • Coordinate with other vendors as necessary

6. Our Responsibilities

CeremonyCraft Masters agrees to:

  • Provide professional ceremony master services as agreed
  • Arrive at the venue at the agreed time
  • Maintain professional standards and appearance
  • Prepare thoroughly for the event
  • Coordinate with other vendors as needed
  • Adapt to reasonable changes and requests during the event

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CeremonyCraft Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, venue issues, or other vendors' performance
  • We are not liable for injuries or damages occurring at the event, except those directly caused by our negligence

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CeremonyCraft Masters or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Photography and Recording

We may take photographs or recordings during events for promotional purposes. If you object to this, please inform us in writing before the event. Similarly, we request permission before using client testimonials or event details in our marketing materials.

10. Modifications to Events

We understand that event plans may change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but significant modifications may require adjustment to our fees and cannot be guaranteed within 14 days of the event.

11. Conduct and Professionalism

We maintain the highest standards of professionalism. However, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if we are subjected to harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CeremonyCraft Masters.
